Construction Begins on Tulē: Davis’ New Urban Wellness Retreat
After years of dreaming, planning, and (let’s be honest) more than a few caffeine-fueled late nights, we’re thrilled to share that Tulē is officially under construction in Davis, California.
This 10,000-square-foot urban wellness retreat will bring together a full-spectrum wellness experience blending thermal spa rituals, movement therapy, and holistic and clinical recovery practices — all under one thoughtfully designed roof.

A Dream Taking Shape
Earlier this month, we received our construction permits from the City of Davis, marking a major milestone for Tulē. Our team at Monley Hamlin Construction has begun the first phase: interior demolition of the former All Things Right & Relevant building on Spafford Street.
It’s a beautiful transformation to witness — walls coming down to make space for something entirely new. What once held racks of vintage finds will soon welcome a sanctuary for restoration, self-care, and community connection.

What to Expect at Tulē
When Tulē opens in late summer 2026, it will offer an elevated wellness experience unlike anything currently in Davis:
Thermal spa and hydrotherapy pools — including hot soaking, cold plunge, and neutral-temperature pools
Sauna and steam room for relaxation and detoxification
Therapeutic massage and recovery therapies, including red light therapy, percussion massage, and Normatec compression systems
Fitness and longevity testing center, featuring DEXA scans, VO₂ max, and resting metabolic rate assessments
Community lounge offering coffee, tea, juice, and healthy bites — a calm, social space to unwind before or after your session
Milestones Movement Therapy, our signature movement and corrective exercise clinic, expanding into its new home inside Tulē
